AZURE Rewards is our free loyalty program. It’s a way to reward you every time they shop with us, whether that be online or in-store!

You earn points with every purchase that turn into exclusive rewards, a birthday discount and exclusive perks such as early access to sale events and new drops.

Simply click the black tab 'REWARDS' located on the the bottom right corner of our website and create a store account. Once you fill out the necessary information to create an account, you will receive an email prompting you to 'Activate your Account'. Please ensure you activate your account to complete the account creation process. Once your account is created, you are signed up for Rewards!

If you already have an account created, you are already signed up for Rewards. All you need to do is log in!

When you make a purchase online, make sure you are logged into your account before doing so to earn points.

When you make a purchase in-store, make sure you provide us the same email you use for your online account to earn points.

You will earn 1 Point for every $1 spent online or in-store.

There are also other ways to earn points! Earn points by: creating an account, completing your profile, following us on Instagram, & referring friends!

Please note: you will not earn Rewards Points when a gift card is used as your payment method. You will not earn points on the value of any returned purchases, duties, taxes, or shipping fees.

You can access your points by clicking on the 'REWARDS' tab on the bottom right corner of our website and log in. Once you are logged in, your total points will show at the top of the Rewards panel.

To redeem your points, sign into your account by clicking the 'REWARDS' tab in the bottom right corner of our website. Then, navigate to the 'Rewards' section. Here you will see a list of the various Rewards you can redeem when you have enough points.

Once you redeem a Reward with your points, a unique code will appear which you can copy & paste at the checkout. This unique code will also be emailed to you! Once a Reward is redeemed, you have 60 days to use that Reward.

All points will expire 12 months from the day they were issued (the purchase date) if no points are earned within that time frame.

Please note that the only place to see your current points, available Rewards, and VIP Club Tier is in the 'REWARDS' tab on the AZURE website. For easy access to this from the app, you can click the 3 lines in the top left corner of the app, then navigate to 'Rewards' which will take you to the website so you can view your Rewards account.

Earning points on the app:

To earn points while shopping on the AZURE app, please ensure you are logged in before purchasing. To log in, click the 3 lines in the top right corner of the app, then navigate to 'Account'. Then, sign in to your account or create an account if you don't have one already!

When checking out on the app, please ensure that you use the email address associated with your account for your shipping and billing information.

Redeeming Rewards on the app:

To redeem points on the app, please navigate to our 'REWARDS' tab on the AZURE website. Then, ensure you are signed in. After doing so, click the 'Rewards' tab. Here you will see a list of the various rewards you can redeem when you have enough points.

Once you redeem a Reward with your points, a unique code will appear which you can copy & paste into the 'Apply Discount' button at checkout on the app. Once a Reward is redeemed, you have 60 days to use that Reward.

Your VIP Club Tier status is based on your yearly spend with AZURE both in-store and online.

TIER 1 = $500 yearly spend
TIER 2 = $2,500 yearly spend
TIER 3 = $10,000 yearly spend
TIER 4 = $35,000 yearly spend
TIER 5 = $75,000 yearly spend

To view what VIP Club Tier you are in, click 'REWARDS' in the bottom right corner of our website and log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will see your corresponding Tier at the top of Rewards panel under 'AZURE'.

Most of your VIP Perks will be emailed to you! If you would like to redeem a particular perk, please let us know in store or email us at info@azurewi.com.

When you qualify for a VIP Club Tier, you will not expire out of that Tier for the rest of 2024 and the entirety of 2025. On January 1st, 2026, all Tier criteria will be re-evaluated.

For example: You spent $3,000 and are in Tier 2. You will remain in Tier 2 for the rest of the year (2024) and the following year (2025) -- unless you spend more (if you spend more, you will upgrade Tiers). Then, on January 1st, 2026, your Tier criteria will be evaluated. If you have not spent at least $2,500 (minimum for Tier 2) by January 1st, 2026, you will be downgraded to Tier 1.
