RETURN POLICY

FINAL SALE POLICY

Final Sale Policy (not eligible for return or exchange) applies to: jewelry, shoes, hats, swimwear, sunglasses, any special orders, & *any discounted or sale items*. All items on sale, even if they are not explicitly noted with 'THIS ITEM IS FINAL SALE', are still considered final sale due to being discounted.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Because you are able to touch, feel, and try-on pieces while working with our amazing stylists, in-store purchases can be returned for store credit ONLY. All returns must be completed within 7 days from purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. If merchandise is received past the 7 day window, it will not be accepted.

In the spirit of elevating your holiday experience, we are extending our in-store gift return policy until January 12th, 2024, to ensure you can effortlessly exchange or return any gifts if needed! Please note that in store gift purchases can be returned for store credit ONLY.

ONLINE RETURNS

We will happily exchange or refund any full price, unworn merchandise within 7 days that the package was received.

Please note that the cost of an online return is $7.95 which will be subtracted from your refund. If you are local, you can return your online purchase in-store at no cost.

When returning merchandise, please package securely. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. If merchandise is not shipped back to AZURE within the 7 day window, it will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
