Welcome to the AZURE website ("Site"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange and are considered final sale. Final Sale Policy (not eligible for return or exchange) applies to jewelry, shoes, hats, swimwear, sunglasses, *any discounted or sale items*, and special orders. This policy applies both in-store and online. All items on sale, even if they are not explicitly noted with 'THIS ITEM IS FINAL SALE', are still considered final sale due to being discounted.

IN-STORE RETURNS

In-store purchases can be returned for store credit only, within 7 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be unworn with tags attached. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. If merchandise is received past the 7-day window, it will not be accepted.

ONLINE RETURNS

We will happily exchange or refund any full price, unworn merchandise within 7 days that the package was received. Please note that the cost of an online return is $4.95 which will be subtracted from your refund. If you are local, you can return your online purchase in-store at no cost. When returning merchandise, please package securely. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. If merchandise is not shipped back to AZURE within the 7-day window, it will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
