• Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling assistance to clients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our brands and industry: including the latest trends, materials, and styling techniques, etc.
• Build strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs, offering recommendations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey.
• Assist with creating visually appealing merchandise displays and maintaining the overall store presentation.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking, organizing, and managing the floor.
